  The ladies at Marcella's know their Viking machine stuff!! I was having problems with embroidering with my Designer Diamond and took my machine there based on recommendations from some ladies in my quilt guild. I had my machine back in 3 days and when I went to pick it up they explained what had happened and what to look for. They are also very good at giving information on how to keep your machine running properly. I will always take my machine there, its well worth the drive to have someone who knows about the product and will do the right thing with my machine.
